valyy Posts: 55 Rating: (0)	Hello Piscean 2010, The current configuration includes: SINAMICS a CU320-2DP "6SL3040-1MA00-0Axx"; two motor module "6SL3120-1TE13-0Axx" a SMC20 "6SL3055-0AA00-5BA3" SIMATIC CPU 315F-2 DP "6ES7 315-6FF01-0AB0" As suggested by techteam in the topics "External encoder with Sinamics S120 and Cu320": https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/external-encoder-with-sinamics-s120-and-cu320/111886/?page=0&pageSize=10 The external encoder is connected to a dummy driver. So configured the system works fine, and can see the current position of the external encoder. At this point I need to enable the safe speed monitoring (SSM). How can configure the safety extended functions of the external encoder? Thank you
