I try to load a RT project from engineering station to myoperator station (RT) but I have this problem joined picture.

can you change your TIA Portal language to english?

("Options > Settings > General > User interface language")

If you compile/load your project now the error text should be in english. Please post a screenshot.

Anyway... my interpretation so far is that you might try to load the runtime file to a path in the network that isn't acessible? But I might be completely wrong.
