Je cherche à remonter les états de toutes les entrées sorties des cartes dans ma configuration sur une vue, sur la vue une fois je clique sur la carte une faceplate s’ouvre et me démontre l’état de chaque vois.

pls can you prepare some simple Picture (f.ex. in Paint application) as .jpg file to show us what you want see on visualization? I think this can be better understand your situation. Pls attach this Picture with bottom button Add attachment when you will answer to us.

I think that it's possible create with closely same system with little different looking, like buttons and screens. I'm not WinCC expert but simply try create closely same system, simply you can't probably make fully same system like on other visualization.
