I dont have this problem before .suddenly i cant transfer edited programs to comfort panel tp700.

in s7usb after start search it can find the device with its address but after try to load the message " the selected online target could not be reached " appears  .

i try with pn/ie and ethernet too , without any difference .my version is V13-sp1 -upd 9

Have you checked your tcip 4 adress and your subnet mask. This problem usually occurs when there is an overlap between adresses.

Before making a factory reset, maybe you can try this; create a whole new project from TIA Portal with  the same CPU and Panel, make the connection interface between them. Just write two or three networks and a put a few lamps on the root screen (just for testing). Then download the configuration to CPU, download the program & screen to the HMI. I think it would work. If it works you can import (or copy & paste page by page and nw by nw) the program and screen you edited to the new project you created for testing. I did this once and worked.
