KTP 600 RUNTIME ERROR

Denilson Pegaia Diamond Member Joined: 9/23/2005 Last visit: 1/14/2026 Posts: 4447 Rating: (1487)	Hi, my syggestion in this case: 1 - perform a OS update with reset to factory settings. 2 - take a look if the HMI works ok, if not, send it to Siemens repair office 3 - delete the contends of IM direcory (not the IM directory but the contends of it). 4 - check if your software is uptodate (v11 sp2 upd5) 5 - compile it (with rebuild all options) 6 - try download it again.

sandyksv Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi, Thank you for your responce. Actually the problem is not with the HMI. If i download the program to any of the KTP600 hmi the problem remains the same. I checked all your suggestions, i even mailed the program to Siemens (in my request section), and Its more than a month now, but still its not solved.
