there is a tool to export graphics from TIA Portal.

But for this to work they need to be visible in "Languages & resources > Project graphics" but it doesn't sound like they are?

With the tool you can edit the picture in an external program of your choice.

You can also right-click on the picture in the project graphics list and select "Edit". This opens the pictute in paint and changes the pic after saving. You don't need to import it.

there is no way to "reconstruct" screens and other objects from the compiled files of WinCC RT Advanced. If you lost your engineering project, you have to recreate it manually.
