for WinCC Professional V13

If I have one server and 1 client I believe I need 4 licenses:

1 wincc professional v13 configuration on my engineering station (programming laptop)

1 wincc professional runtime for Server station

1 wincc server for professional for Server station 

1 wincc client for cleint station

right?

for the server machine it is a must to have Windows server operationg system or can it work under windows 7 ultimate or professional ?

and what is the difference between wincc professional runtime (without server license) and WinCC advanced Runtime

Allow me to ask on the same topic, it seems there is no Historian option in WinCC V13 professional, was it renamed to somethiong else or if I want historian (redundant also) I have to go for WinCC V7.3 or WinCC V7.4 ? 

and does the historian require another server pair or I can just have it on the same servers I already seleected?
