I need to connect USB memory stick with HMI panel TP700 Comfort but panel doesn't recognise USB (doesn't see it). On the same USB port I connected mouse and it's working. What is the problem with USB memory stick? Do I need to configure something?

Hello,

try formatting USB with FAT32. Use max 8 GB.

If it does not respond, try another stick.
