Hi all

i have a cpu 319-3-pn/dp normally worked but sometimes stopped and flashing all the lights for this reason i changed with another same cpu . 

I gave her power separately and found when hitting *** a specifis circuit board inside her created the problem .

I would like to ask if you know if i can order spare parts for this cpu and from where ?

or a particular address to send it for repair  thanks

You may send the CPU to your nearest Siemens service support center, where it will be repaired.

BTW What fault do you get? Is it SF or BF? Normally CPU does not fail. Have you done engineering of PLC I/O wiring & power supply connections as per Siemens recommendations? Is the power supply of CPU is adequate capacity?

at first thanks for the replies 

As i said above all leds blinkings sf bf . The new ones cpu put in the place off the old works without problem . 

When cpu has the problem i cant connect online with simatic manager  only when turn off and on again i can connect . 

Additional one habits .Connected normally ,created of trouble and then when i opened again i saw in diagnostic buffer off SM interrupt voltage like event . 

Simply asked whether you know an address in Germany to send directly the cpu or you can buy spare parts for cpu Thanks again
