I want to use standard PC (non-Siemens) and to install WinCC Flex on it. I know that this is possible.

But this PC (with WinCC Flex on it) I want to use for control and vizualization through internet (remote control). So, I have Siemens PLC in the one building (one city) and the PC is in another building (another city).

PC-->internet modem (standard internet provider)-->EWON Switch-->PLC Siemens CPU 315 2PN/DP.

Is this posible? And if it is, do I need a license for WinCC Flex software?

If you're using EWON , please check next link.

Once you have connection to your PLC network,

you can take over HMI screen using sm@rtAccess

For sm@rtAccess you'll need to buy a license (for each panel) , after that you can access your panel through internet browser by typing in your HMI's IP

I think you missunderstood me. The PC (with WinCC Flexible) is going to be in the Company building, and from there I want to control the PLC, which is in the plant building. The connection is going to be through internet (PC-->internet modem company building-->internet-->modem plant building-->EWON-->PLC).

I was wondering if this connection is possible? I don't want to have HMI in plant building.

If it is possible, what kind of license do I need for WinCC Flexible?

As the link to EWON also describes this also shouldn't be a problem.

As long you're in the same IP range. 
Don't forget to adjust your company pc's (which will work as PG) ip address so your in the same network as your PLC

Easy test is , set the connection up and try to ping your PLC

Sorry for misunderstanding but when I read the title I thought you want to have a wincc flexible on a remote PC...
