I am using a CPU314 with two high speed I/O modules:

- 6ES7321-1BH10-0AA0 16DI, 24 V DC (Input Delay: 25 to 75 micro second)

- 6ES7322-1BH10-0AA0 16DO, 24V DC, 0.5A (Output delay (for resistive load): 100 to 200 micro second)

The question is how to estimate the time that the signal needs to be transferred from the input  to operate the load? How can I estimate the processing time and the scan time?
