I've done some tests.

In my opinion it is not possible to use dynamic text list, when you use KTP basic panel.

I've made a project using a Multi panel, then it is possible. The next step: I changed device to KTP600. Then in Text list, there were errors. (Too many tag fields)

How it is possible?

I used OP77 end I could insert Tag Field to text list without any problem. 

Maybe in KTP Panel's is other function to create dynamic text list with tag field?

Did you use OP77A or OP77B?

The successor for OP77B is a KP400 Comfort panel.

Yes it is fact that Basic Panels (1st and 2nd Generation ) could not use Tags in Textlists to create dynamic Text lists or cascading Textlists. It is also not possible to use tags in Button texts or Textfields.

The Basic Panels have a lot of limitations and fifferences to other (also smaller) Panels.

Basic Panels work with Linux OS. Other Linux Panels like  OP77A or TP177A can also not use this functions.
