It is possible but, becarreful of conflict if you want to write a common variable into same PLC from 2 differents HMI.

Example :

HMI1 Write PLC1.DATA1.

HMI2 Write PLC1.DATA1.

What you ask is possible. You can just configure the LEFT panel to link to both PLCs.

The suggestion is however that you do not link to the same data source as what the other panels use.

Let us say the MIDDLE and RIGHT panels link to DB100 of their own PLC. Then would be best for the LEFT panel to not read/write to the exact same - for example use DB101.

Also make sure that all the devices have unique Profibus addresses and the cabling is terminated in the correct way.

In my opinion, if you read only same data from 2 differents HMI for display it is not a problem. Isn't it William ?

Yes you are right.

The data that is read-only can be shared.
The read-write data is best not to share between the two HMIs.

It does however become a interesting challenge to keep the sources synchronised.

There is another option though.
It is possible to set the tags on the HMI to update on an external source instead of the timed cycle. This is a nice solution to have so that the PLC says which tag to update at what time.

The problem is the type of network? If I use Profinet there is no problema and i car R/W in the same area? The problema  is to use 2 PLCs?
I have another project with 1 PLC and HMI 2. I have to create different DBs in the PLC? Inside the PLC will be a big mess!
I have used this configuration with other brands and never had any problem with this configuration. I write and read in the same memory área without problem.

Your question was - Is the configuration in your picture possible?
The simple answer is - YES.

I was cautioning you on the dangers of having more than one device link to one data source. That includes PLC and HMI. That caution is for any brand device and any communication medium.

If you were happy with the results with previous configurations you had, then ignore my caution and continue your work. The configuration you have will work. For the software side there is then no issue to do this.

For the hardware..
Someone needs to verify the 50m cable length - which should be okay too.
The cabling of the devices should be in a "bus" configuration, not star like as you have shown in the picture. There should be a start and an end. Terminating the ends of bus is also important for proper linking... especially because of the longer lengths you are working with.

I will use a repeater for the left HMI to avoid problems with distance.

The variables to be written while the same variable but not at the same time.
