Is it possible to make the length of a rectangle dynamic with a tag out of the PLC  in TIA Portal V13?

If not, is this possible in V14?

the possible solutions depend on what runtime your HMI Project is build for.
(Comfort/Advanced? Professional?)

A common way is to use a VB Script. "How to" is described in this FAQ:

You can use a (Smart)Tag connected to your PLC tag for the width/height.

Its very pity that Siemens didn't implement this animation (dynamic length or height) for a rectangle.
And yes you can make a script to do this but it would be much more convenient if it is possbile in the same way it is possble to dynamize an object movement.

Is there a way to communicate this with Siemens so they can potential implement this in the next upgrade???
