i have s7-313C CPU  has an internal fault which make the CPU in STOP state and i have the SF and STOP led are ON

when i check in diagnostic buffer ,i found the ID of this event is 16#E012 "no entries in the text database ,all values all values will be displayed in hexadecimal"

can anyone explain me the causes of this event and how can i remove it?

Generally SF faults come because a programming faults you have to check your program

the discription of the event is mentioned before "no entries in the text database ,all values all values will be displayed in hexadecimal"" with ID#E012 and is written also nbr of OB 16#00

the programe doesn't contain any error because it was working before i think that the problem is in the periphery of the PLC

i still not understanding the mean of this error?

 what CPU do you have exactly? MLFB?

which FW-version?

I also know that there is a option in the proberties of the diagnostic buffer to show all entries in hexadecimal value.
