 yes correct if your CPU is AC/DC/RLY (I think) and put some fuses or MCB at the input power supply of your equipment.... I recommend 

OK, in documentation it is recommended to use either 16A (B char.) or 10A (C char.) MCB for the power supply input. Is it all right when incoming fuse has just 3A?

Should I use MCB for the CPU, HMI and Ethernet switch input also? How do you chooce proper MCB, do you take e.g. 3 times higher value of input rated current?
