I use Failsafe DO with CPU 414-4H but when I download my program to CPU , SF led of F-Do go to red state. I think an error occure in Failsafe DO you Can see Diagnostic Buffer of F-DO Module Bellow:

Disable light test : Active
All of DO channels :---->Group Diagnostic : Active


Note that dipswitch in back of module set like parameter above :------> 0000000011
Hardware DIP switch setting in back of modoule= Software DIP switch setting in Hardware configuration = 0000000011

and address of DO start from 24

Please Help me to solve problem.
