I have a CU305 PN with an emergency stop button, which wired to X130 1 (DI16) and 4 (DI18).

Is it a usable wiring? How I can configure it in STARTER?

Based on this training example, you wiring seems good.

Where to connect the input in Starter depends on what safety function you are trying to realise. If you want the E-stop to trigger a Safety Integrated function, this needs to be connected in a special manner (see the manual I linked to). 

In many applications,  I have found it sufficient to merely have the motor coast following E-stop. If that is good enough for you, connect the inverted input for your e-stop connection to p844.
