Hello.

I have a problem with this IHM MP277 10" Touch - 6AV6 643-0CD01-1AX1.

The IHM start the boot system but stopped in this step.

"Scanning WinCE flash file system PartitionNo=1

Please wait ... Done

Startup in progress ..." (image in the attachment)

I can't also found the IHM by ethernet (profinet), or MPI or DP.

What can I do to resolve this problem? Any idea about it?

 with option Reset to factory setting if not work I think you have to send the panel for repair
