I changed PIP of a few I/O's but now my PLC cant read and process inputs.

I can change program. I/O LED's work true but PLC does not evaluate them.  

For example;

When I put only Q0.0 without any ınput, output LED work and ı can see output, but when I put I0.0 in

front of the output, output does not work even ı can see input LED working.

Hi, have you tried factory reset?
