I wonder Is such pump (as shown in last attachment pdf file)suitable for P0205=1 and P1300=2?And howto set P1310, P1311 and P1312 at low frequency to start a heavy load?
Can I only modify P1312? P1312=50 will work?

So it means P1300=20 is right?
And I have tried changing P1610 & P1611 to default(50 & 0), the inverter triped after4 days. I need withdraw my remark title, but on second thoughts, the issue become more bewildering. What cause to F0003? I will take a step:watch the current of motor throughDCS, maybe I can find some wave?

As Mr. Tractor Pointed out, It is clear now that F003 in this case is just because of Poor line supply. So better you monitor DC link voltage as well as the AC input supply.

1. During fault F003, If line supply as well as DC Link voltage is going down that means problem is in supply.

The pump isrunningon P1300=20,P1610=100,P1611=0 since Apr.12. I don't know when the fault happens again. I'm on the anxious seat!
I have seen that
1. P1610 & P1611 has no relation with F0003.
2. this pump need run on P1300=20.
So I will try:
1. find a spare inverter to replace this suspicious one. I hope this step will site hardware fault.
2. output the inverter's current signal to DCS. DCS can monitor the current and find any shock stressing.


And I have'nt found a method to :
monitor DC link voltage as well as the AC input supply.
