hello guys

is there any one who could help me about the problem i faced with my USB A2 adapter?

I have already installed the related driver for USB A2 adapter on my laptop but when I attempt to choose the interface from Symatic manager from  ==>set PG/PB interface tab I cant find it!!!! it is weird for me that from Add or Remove tab i can find USB A2 Adapter and when I select it it shows to be installed.

1.) is the Adapter displayed correctly in the Windows Device Manager without yellow signs?

2.) can you provide a screenshot which Adapter in the list of PG/PC Interface?

3.) Which Operationsystem and which Simatic Version do you use?

adapter is correctly recognized by laptop and there is no yellow sign.

the operating system is windows xp and the symatic manager version is 5.5.here I have sent you the screen shot shows the USB adapter in the list which is already installed.
