It would be easier to have the diagnostic buffer in english, but I think I got it anyway.

The first entry is a Stop-intruction from the programm. I guess there are problems with the Failsafe-programm. Have a look in FB273 or in the FB where FB273 is called.

Second entry is a internal CPU-error, when instance-DB 551 of the F-FB is called.

Both entries are in caused by the same error.

You can try to update the FW of the CPU.
