Refreshing data values when tag management is closed

I am using wincc 7.4 that i connect to it 2 s7-1200 plc and 1 modbus TCP/IP Automation System. I created tags to read from the automation system but the tags sometimes are not updating. I noticed that when i open the tag management and choose the folder for the modbus connection everything is ok, but when the tag management is closed the problem comes back. Note: I noticed a tag was created in the modbus TCPIP folder under the name "@package" and the Quality code is 0x04 - Bad Configuration. Does anyone has any clue for solving the problem???? bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello msgsadek, the tag with the name "@package" has the Quality code is 0x04 - Bad Configuration, because there is no address defined. For the other problems check the file "Modbus_TCP_Channel_01.LOG" in the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Siemens\WinCC\diagnose" for errors. Regards Georg Berghof

bg2492 Posts: 7298 Rating: (2188)	Hello msgsadek, there are no errors in the Logfile, only INFO. the tag "@package" may have been generatet by any tool. To delete such read-only tags, see: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/de/en/posts/deleting-write-protected-tags-in-wincc/115596/?page=0&pageSize=10 Regards Georg Berghof
