WHENEVER ANY MOTOR STOPS THEIR FEEDBACK LOST AND ALL MOTOR BEHIND THIS MOTOR ARE ALSO STOP. WHEN WE LOG THIS EVENT IN OUR SCADA WE SEE FEEDBACK OF ALL DRIVES WHERE LOST AT SAME TIME, PRACTICALLY THIS NOT HAPPEN.THERE MUST BE SOME GAP OF MILLI SECONDS IN EACH MOTOR. REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM.

Manchat Posts: 33 Rating: (6)	If you are using an S7 PLC you could use the PLC to generate the alarms using SFC18 Alarm_S functionality. This would then timestamp the alarm at the PLC and send to the SCADA to give a higher resolution of timestamp. You could also look at using the PDIAG functions which make the configuring of PLC generated alarms much easier.
