                 I have installed TIA V13, Simatic Manager V5.5 in my system which is having Windows 7 Professional SP1 (64bit). When i try to install Microwin software in the same system, i am facing a issue that i wasn't able to select the PG/PC interface. Whenever I am trying to select a communication interface it is showing a notification. I have attached the image. Anyone please tell me how to resolve the issue?..

Hello,

First,see if the software and hardware requirements of MicroWIN are satisfied(met).

Second,your interface might be in "Configured mode" ,that is some configurations are set on your interface. use "Configuration console" to see the interface's mode of operation.you can also check the station manager to see if the card is in use.

Simply,check if any program other than Microwin is communicating with the PLC  or the port is in used by other program.

                Other than microwin i am using TIA V13 Professional software. But at the time i had that error, the TIA software is remain closed, hence only S7 200 is connected through PPI Cable. Can you guide me to install the microwin V4.0 SP9 in Windows 7 SP1?.. I didn't found any kind of solution regarding this issue..
