Alarm display on the alarm view and alarm window

I have created an alarm view on the template screen and another screen an alarm window dedicated for a list of all alarms using alarm window. when i run the runtime with simulator and also with the system (PLC) the faults displayed on the alarm view only has the time date and fault number but nothing on the actual fault text while on the alarm window nothing is displayed at all. How do I correct this?

Go to properties -> Columns, here you find which columns are visible. Go to Properties of Alarm View in screen. Under General you can find which errors are displayed. (Do you refresh screen, to view alarms?) Best regards, Wizard
