Error creating SDB

After creation of the project, compilation gives out mistakes Save and Compile (4502:298): An error occurred creating or interpreting the system SDB. The action will be aborted. Save and Compile (4502:625): (3100 for module rack: 0, slot: 4) Error creating the system data. Do you want to continue? In 4 slot there is a for Industrial Ethernet of the S7-400. Tried to change various CP, CPU, racks – result it is constant. I want to listen to all assumptions and offers in this occasion.
