1214 CPU need manual Restart

SAR2013 Posts: 103 Rating: (4)	Hi. CPU Model: 6ES7 214 1HG40 0XB0. With a 6es& 222-1hb32-0XB0 Downloading program to CPU, suddenly stopped. On Diagnostic buffer the message was: CPU info: New startup information Pending startup inhibit(s): - HW configuration not loaded or loading/change not successfully finished - PLC program not loaded or loading/change not successfully finished - Manual restart required Current CPU operating mode: STOP \|> HW_ID= 52 - Operating mode control

Project view -> Device Configuration (under your PLC) -> Startup "Comparison preset to actual configuration" - select "Startup CPU even if mismatch" Next, make sure you right-click on your PLC, and select "Download to device" -> HARDWARE CONFIGURATION You need to do this any time you alter the hardware configuration of your project, and at least once after establishing it.
