Help!

problem with install of scout v4.4

forums suggested trying compatibility mode Win XP SP3.

seems to install all of the component's but locks up  installing the help folders (the last one).

I have let it run for over 2 hours trying to install just the help. also tried 3 times.

install never completes as it is locked up.

that option is locked on vista compatibility.

I have contacted our global IT for help.
