dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 1/30/2026 Posts: 12485 Rating: (2722)	Hello away_of_life85; I have not worked with an LG S80 PLC, and it is not mentionned in the LG/LS industrial site (possibly an older model?). So to help you out then will need more information. Attached you will find a list of communication "channels" (protocols) supported by WinCC. Note: The S7 Protocol Suite expands into MPI, Profibus, Industrial Ethernet and TCP/IP (for SiemensS7 PLCs). If your PLC supports any of these protocols (your best bet at this time looks like OPC) then provide us with the information and we may be able to discuss details of the connection.
