My KTP900 Basic panel doesn't start because the firmware upgrade did not finish correctly, I don't know why. Everythng was perfect, but it didn't finish. 

I have received an email from support, in order to download a recovery software by pen-drive, but I can't download it because reasons I don't understand 

Any idea?

Die Genehmigungsprozedur für diesen Download wurde schon einmal durchlaufen und nach Ablehnung zur manuellen Bearbeitung weitergeleitet. Sie werden per Email benachrichtigt, sobald der Vorgang abgeschlossen ist.

Any idea?
