We have problem because backup battery emptied in our S5 PLC. Other programs are loaded from backup, but card RCM 1P 6FR-31100-BA00-0AA0 is apparently still empty (that card controls simodrive 611 drive)...

We have backups (psm3: .m01 .and, sirotec3: .h0x .t0x) and programs (sirotec3 and psm3). We have pin-out for transfer cable between PC and RCM-1P. Do we need also handheld programming unit (PHG), or can we load backups to card without it?

If we need this PHG where we can get one? Can we get accurate type number for this PHG or unit itself from you? (Is this number right?: 6FR3003-0AE00-0AA0)

Can you give detailed procedure how to restore backup for card RCM 1P 6FR-31100-BA00-0AA0?
