I have hmi op277 when i turn it on it does not load into the window of control panel in order to set communication parameters  it steel in the starting screen as shown in attached picture

Can i reset it in the factory setting or the operating system is posent? What is the solution in this case

but which type of communication protocol he must use in parameter interface PG/PC knowing that he lose all communications parameter (mpi@,IP@,baud rate ...ete)

normally with interface ISO ethernet can establish connection but what i see in the picture in the starting of panel does not give us the MAC adress !!!!

what is the solution in this case?
