Il have op277 panel which does not boot to the starting menu when w-e can access to control panel

Normally there is a solution to solve this problem by resetting into factory set, but my problem is that il didn't find the MAc adress as is shown in the attached picture (normaly i find it Here)because il need this @ to give it a new IP @ 

Please how can i find the MAC @☺? 

i heve verified in the back i didn't find it ,normally i find it in the first displayed screen when we made it ON 

i don't know what happen?
