hi everyone,

i have a problem with Sinamics 6RA8000.

During startup we moved forward bridge thyristors up to max speed and when we tried reverse we had an explosion. After thyristors refurbishing we were not able anymore to run the drive due to the fault F60057

r50047(2)=-3336.8092

r50047(3)=2

we checked TA wiring: ok

we checked TA impedance: ok

we changed control unit CUD: same problem

Hello e.bogatian,

F60057 = Armature current sensing fault. r50047(2) current sensing value seems to be problematic. 

Have you checked CT? Please check CT resistance at X7:1 & 2 as well as X8:1 & 2 terminal. If both are OK, check load resistor (10 ohm) on power interface card i.e. C98043-A710x. Other wise try by replacing power module card.
