I don't see problem here (hope some russian words still understand). Look to TP700 win cfg/options about enabled MPI port or other settings.

you can use of course Profibus cable with Profibus connectors for link to devices. Configuration of TP700 you can make via Profinet port, what I remember one my old project this cfg working without problems, TP700 (configured WinCC TIA v12) via MPI to old S7-300 (CPU 315 MPI v2.0??? configured Step7 v5.5). What I've set manually before was in TP700 correct IP, MPI/DP address, speed and checkboxes about which interfaces are available for communication.

I don't see problem using both mentioned PB connectors, problem can be to have in some situations ON/OFF terminators, pls try them set ON/OFF as you need. I remember in my old prj that also in MPI this was problem on network. Look to TP700 manual for comm settings options for sure.

pls try another but simple test, make new WinCC TIA prj from scratch as TP700 with S7-300. Prepare simple I/O Tag (INT value or Bit f.ex.) and download to panel. Simply problem can be in other place...

little update, borrow on TP700 Comfort (WinCC TIA v13 SP1 cfg only MW0 TAG to see from S7-300) from my friend and connect to one old S7-300 315 v1.2 via MPI (Step7 v5.x configured), working perfectly. Try prepare sugested simple prj only not that migrated. Again pls, look to panel Control Panel and cfg of MPI address and speed. Then create in TIA prj with MPI profile, check also PLC MPI and speed address to be sure.

As I know., when we migrate from TP277 Project  (wincc flexible) to TP700 Comfort in TIA, we only need choosing migrate Project, any thing automatic including connection. Of course, if your controller is S7300/400, new project is S7 300/400 as well.
