Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi Danieli, You can use Configuration Tool to export the project data and import it into the new project... with this you'll get the connections, tags, archives, alarms, etc.... screens can be copied from the GraCS folder... Best regards, Danielle

Danielle Posts: 1275 Rating: (123)	Hi Danieli! It's been a reeeeally long time! I got caught up in a big project, which messed up pretty much all of my life! But it's over now, so you'll probably see more of me around here! Anyway... Configuration Tool is an Excel add-in provided by Siemens which can really help out creating and configuring projects! You can install it from the WinCC installation kit, it'll be on the "Additional software" part. With it you can view and edit a lot of the project data! Check it out, I'm sure you'll find it to be very useful! Did saving the project work? I found that sometimes for some weird un-documented errors migrating the project fixed things... even though the project needed no migration, when the project migrator acts it re-defines some stuff within the project, so it can help... Danieli Posts: 35 Rating: (0)	I do not know when I will stop. But whenI tried to install configuration tools ( WinCC V6.0), it requires Excel 2000/XP/2003 installed on my PC. But I have Excel 2007. Is there any update for this installation?
