Is there an equivalent of a lookup array/table in LOGO! ie where user values can be stored in a central/global module?

So I have been wanting to use the math instruction block which would suffice for fragmented data definitions at start up. The real issue is now, the block only accomodates integer not floating point. Does that mean I have to fake the floating point by padding and dividing? Ive added a spreadsheet schema which is part of setting up eg in this case a simple water dosing algorithm with scaling coefficient.

What is the most elegant way to achieve a parallel concept in FBD? ie predefining constants and doing some preuse maths on various vectors?

Hmm thats a shame...I guess I will do the fakery as per the attached pic...to get eg a flow rate of 0.535...but Im not able to get the output of the equation to be piped into other fields?

In the second example...you have the input flag inverted (red) but the calculated value appears at Aq...how/why is that?

The display also shows with the 0.333, what is the most elegant way to manage correct display re: decimal point? Is it simply the manual setting in the dec points of the dialog...not dynamic or real?

Ok, thanks that all makes sense...was just confirming...just wasnt sure because...I cant understand it being that limited.

Im a little bewildered that I cant find any parallels with the normal programming world. ie schema/precalculation/constants/definition tables. As far as graphic/languages go, the closest I have used is Pure Data...and its so flexible/powerful...its a pity there is nothing like it for Logo hardware.

How does anyone establish tabling of user parameters etc or am I missing something? Surely it cant be that hard? I am thinking of using the analog amplifier with retentive as a data store...but Im hoping I really have missed something.

Sorry for my newbiness...i did have a go at logo a while back...got a couple of reasonable things going but Im stuck with this project because it wont work without programming basics.

The LOGO! is not a PLC in the conventional sense.
Even Siemens calls the LOGO! only logic module, not an arithmetic artist.
The LOGO! is in principle a programmable relay, which also controls a little fixed-point arithmetic.

 Understood. I didnt think I was doing much more than that...basically 3 step sequence to dose water...with a 4-20 sensor read in between...its not a complex project by any means but it does need basic parameters. BTW Pure Data does amazing things with something as basic as atmega2560...with the quality of the Logo! would be brilliant. I guess I have to move on for this project...Thanks again for your help. If you have any resource you could think of that is similar...would be appreciated.
