We are facing an issue with the hardware configuration on a project the OEM delivered to s, we are not able to compile the hardware configuration because we get the error attached on the image.

I don't understand what the error exactly needs to be solved, could someone please give me some advice?

It seems to be 840D SL project, please get it confirm from customer. If yes, you need to check version compitability of NCU & commissioning software of cutomer configuration & your installed system configuration.

Yes,its and 840D project, supplier came here to make some updates and they used a newer version of software package and didn't let us know, thats why we were able to work on it before, but now we can't.

We are getting the right software version to work with it.

Hello again.

The solution was to update our SIMOTION SCOUT software from V4.4 to V4.5 after the upgrade now we are able to compile the hardware configuration and thus, work with it.
