I use a 0.4Kw V90 Profinet whith motor without brake.

The mechanics does not require a brake, but when the drive is enabled the vibrations an probably a small shaft load produce some time a fraction of turn rotation and alarm F7995.

I must reset the alarm, obtaining a new vibration, often two or thre times to have the drive working.

Does exist a way, parameter change for example, to avoid this troble ?

there are not my eyes at your job site, but based on info you provided.

• F7995 is caused by a violation of signal sequence. First must be SON (Servo ON), then RDY.
• If shaft of motor is not fixed before the next start signal sequence you will get F7995.

F7995 says the opposite.

There's such function in Yaskawa drives called "zero servo" which can replace mech. holding brake. Of course if drive is powered up!

Try to read about ZSCLAMP signal in V90, perhaps it's similar "zero servo". A description of that is not clear, though.
