It looks like winder application. You should configure as constatnt torque mode. So when the diameter is less, the speed will be more but torque will be constant. As the diameter goes on increasing, speed will start reducing but again torque will constatnt. To stop at 25 degree, you need to calculate the maximum diameter value & corelate it with 25 degree. So the logic will be max diameter + 25 degree = axis to stop.

Please check the motor capacity you mentioned, previous 3 Kw, present 1.1 Kw. Check previous PLC logic - how it is written, which will help you to understand the application. Please check CPU1515 features for your application requirement. (Since so far I never worked on CPU 1515, I am not familiar with its technical featuers.)

help me on this case so that i can start testing again 

Note: motor capacity is same like previous 1.1(same motor only i'm going to use ) 3KW  is drive rating

Which is drive? Have you confirmed CPU 1515 capability, since it is controlling the process? How torque set point is calculated & how feedback is monitored? How you decided to select FB 30603?

 As i said before i already  have following materials 

CPU 1515 and CU320 with PM240-2 power modules (CPU 1515 can handle this.even most of winder application comes with same CPU)as per siemens sales suggestion i selected this

Principle of operation The LAxisCtrl_SpeedAxis function block allows operating a speed axis with a  S7-1500 or S7-1500T CPU. For using the LAxisCtrl_SpeedAxis function block it is mandatory to connect an axis of data type TO_SpeedAxis, TO_PositioningAxis or TO_SynchronousAxis to input axis.  

Principle of operation The LAxisCtrl_PosAxis function block allows operating a positioning axis with a S71500 or S7-1500T CPU. For using the LAxisCtrl_PosAxis function block it is mandatory to connect an axis of data type TO_PositioningAxis or TO_SynchronousAxis to input axis.

In manual they are saying hardware requirement is CPU 1513 or CPU1515T

is it right ?
