I have a bit different challenge.

We are using V20 to drive an induction motor It works fine just one problem when we stop it from switch it stops but the moves a bit that displaces the object say by  2 mm. We want to stop it instantly. What should I do thanks in advance

Please check below points. -

Is load intertia too high?

Is external brake applicable? Try by tightning it.

Try by reducing ramp down time P1121.
