Same problem here.

Windows 7 64 bit

PlcSim V5.4 SP5 Upd1

PCS7 V8.0 SP1

When I try to download the H-station I get the same error.

After that I tried to first download the hardware, and saperate the charts. Then it seems OK.

But when I put the PLCSim in Run-p the leds:

Stop, DC and SF burns,

And the run led flashes.

When I start PLCsim with the same CPU's not in H-configuration it works fine.

I got the same problem.

I solved changing "S7 Connection Fault Tolerant" to "S7 Connection"

I have som eproblems with PLC SIM, it used to work fine with my old computer, but after i have changed my computer i cant use PLC SIM with my project anymore.

I have a SIMATIC H station in my project, and when i try to download the project to the PLC sim it saies:

the system cannot be loaded to the module CPU 417-4 of the staion SIMATICH Station, look under details or try to determine the cause for the problem using the diagnostic buffer of the module.

When i click on help it saies:

The system data fo rconnections or routing are not vaild cannot load SDB 702
System cannont be loaded the module CPU 417-4H

It use to work fine with my old computer, i have also updated the PLC SIM, but it didnt help.
Although the PLC SIm works fine with a project not containing H-station

Hi,

First Close S7PLC Sim. Open it again and download only hardware configuration first instead of downloading the whole station. Afterwords try to download the blocks.

If the error persists try with changing "S7 Connection Fault Tolerant" to "S7 Connection".

Thanks mn_gdo & aanal1 for your comments. I had the same problem and it was just for one fault tolerant connection that I have defined for another station. When I delete that connection PLCsim download performed correctly.
