In PCaccess is imported symbol table from PLC and after adjusting communication parameters (communication is ethernet via CP 243-1 modul), every symbol got own ID and Run-time name. I wondered, how Can I make tags in wincc flexible? I mean, should I write the full ID name or run-time name or only symbolic name? Because, I can't directly "see" tags in PC access from wincc flexible. Maybe it is not possible. Can someone help me? Zoran

Aristotelis Posts: 147 Rating: (34)	Hello Zoran I am assuming that you have your PC Access configured, up and running smoothly, the test client is working as it should be. In WinCC flex, go to "Communication -> Connections" There, create a connection "Communication driver: OPC" and a list of OPC servers will show. If PC access is running, it should be available as a choice. Choose it. Then go to Tags. Create a tag, in the connection you made with OPC server, and under "Symbol" choose the one you like.
