Limitation of using CP in S7400

dchartier Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 9/27/2006 Last visit: 1/20/2026 Posts: 12481 Rating: (2722)	Hello shambo; the following manual (http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/14016796) on S7-400 CPU specifications states that themaximm number of CPsfor Profibus and Ethernet is 10; for Profinet is 4; for PtP the limit depends on the number of available connections.
