Hi.

My HMI MP277 8'', Software- TIA Portal V13 SP1.

I am facing the problem of program load error. Online connection established but program can not load to HMI. I done fewer times OS update by Prosave but nothing happened.

But using prosave I can Download or upload Image files.

If anyone can suggest me.

Check the image version on Panel. (using prosave)

And in TIA Portal check version of panel?

Is panel in transfer mode?

 Yes. Using Prosave Image file can restore or backup.
