Hmm, you are displaying RTD values in hex.  Any reason?

They should be integer values with 2 decimal places implied.

For example, 12345 is 123.45 degrees.

FFBE would be 654.70 degrees, which I believe is outside the allowed range, so that would indicate a configuration or wiring error.

Have you reviewed the wiring diagram and shined a bright light on the terminals to make sure they were properly installed?  I know the terminal blocks are easily misaligned on some modules.

How are RTD inputs 1-7 configured compared to input 0?

I would urge you to enable diagnostics until you get this problem resolved.

I would suggest you configure one unused RTD input channel such that you can jumper it or install a known resistance that produces a valid in-range temperature.

Maybe show us a picture of the wiring at the terminals for that one RTD input?

Oh, when you made changes to the RTD hardware configuration, did you right-click on the plc in the portal project tree, and then select download hardware?  If not, please do so.
