Migrating 315-2 dp over to tia v15

Fobius Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello, Am currently looking to Migrate a 315-2 dp cpu with a Op 170b 6" mono, oiver to tia v15. I have manage to get the HMI converted over to Wincc Flex 2008 (sp2 ofc), and the machine is currently running. I now face the problem if my panel dies, it wont be easy getting a replacement. So wanted to know if i can migrate the Hmi over into a6AV2123-2JB03-0AX0 - SIEMENS SIMATIC HMI, KTP900 Basic DP Panel key/touch 9" TFT, and keep the 315-2 DP running both in Tia v15? Or even better the none DP version, but the current PLC doesnt have any PN connections, is there a addon card for a 315-2 dp, i can add to get PN working, since ive currently using the ktp900 basic PN in other machines. Hati Platinum Member Joined: 9/21/2012 Last visit: 1/14/2026 Posts: 4848 Rating: (512)	If i were you, i would use a KTP700 Basic panel. It will fit to the same installation hole as a TP170. The panel behind the link is a Profibus model.
