Logging on KTP900 Basic PN

master_blaster Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	I am trying to log some tags on KTP900 Basic panel using historical data option in TIA Portal. During simulation logging works, but it doesn't work on the panel itself. The USB drive connected to the port X60 stays empty. According to the excel sheet here KTP900 Basic does support logging. But logs doesn't saves on flash. I tried to do the same logs on advanced panel, and there is no problems with this work.

Did you tried to use start logging stop logging events to see whether it can do any logging. Also check what is the data log settings to start, it might be something like start with runtime or some settings with events. Make sure you had made the correct settings or try to use another USB to see the same thing happening. Jay

I have read this topic: https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/ww/en/posts/how-to-use-data-log-hmi-ktp-900-basic/175237/?page=0&pageSize=10 and create buttons to start/stop logging and open/close logs. But i solved this problem another way - i copied folder on usb-flas, which was created on disk C (computer) during simulation. After that logging work.
